With the demand for more exhibit space, RSNA is expanding to a third building at McCormick Place- Hall D, Lakeside Center, Level  3.  This addition will enable the exhibition to:
                     
                    1. Accommodate more companies
                    2. Allow exhibitors a chance to expand their space       
                    3. Provide additional food outlets
                    4. Return Headquarter Offices back on the show floor

The education exhibits, scientific posters, and other educational events previously held in Hall D have been relocated one level below to Hall E, of Lakeside Center. Questions regarding this move and the expansion of the exhibition at McCormick Place are welcomed and can be directed to the Technical Exhibits Department.  

  

RSNA Exhibitor Service Kit to be Available on July 7

The online RSNA Exhibitor Service Kit will be posted on our meeting web site Monday, July 7.   This tool will include all the important information regarding RSNA service request forms and RSNA official contractors, who can assist you with your booth needs. Remember to order early and save yourself and your company –time and money!

  

Headquarter Office Space Returns to the Exhibit Floor

With the RSNA Technical Exhibition utilizing three buildings this year, the Exhibitor Headquarter Offices will be located on each of the three exhibit show floors.  These offices have been used  by exhibiting companies as:

(1) a staff break spot and or as a lunchroom
(2) a check-in area or a coatroom
(3) a place for staff to check email or the home office

Please note that only exhibitor personnel are admitted to this area.  Professional meeting attendees or customers are not allowed entry.

If you're considering a Headquarter Office area this year and did not indicate it on your Space Contract, please contact our staff today to determine what’s available.

For the second year, RSNA will be deploying a booth tracking solution at our  Meeting. Once again, AllianceTech and Experient will exhibit floor and  booth traffic reporting and analysis solution for  RSNA and for a select group of exhibitors. RSNA attendee badges will incorporate a RFID tag. This allows RSNA for an accurate and non-invasive way of providing attendance tracking in meeting rooms, on the show floor, and in selected booths. Reports on attendance and traffic patterns will help both RSNA and exhibitors evaluate and measure the value of this year’s meeting.

Exhibiting companies are invited to our next Exhibitor Planning Meeting and Luncheon which is on Tuesday, June 24 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Rosemont, IL at Rosewood Restaurant & Banquet.  Items to be covered include:

Function Space and Non-RSNA Satellite Symposia Guidelines/Forms

The RSNA Exhibitor Function Space and Non-RSNA Satellite Symposium Guidelines and Forms will be available on the RSNA web site, beginning on June 2.

Function Space Requests by Exhibitors

Companies may request function space at any of the RSNA contracted hotels.  All space in the convention center is reserved solely for RSNA activities.  Please note that any hotel request will require the approval of RSNA prior to releasing function space. Deadline for Function Space is November 14.

Non-RSNA Satellite Symposia Opportunity for Exhibitors

The deadline for conducting a Non-RSNA Satellite Symposium request is October 10. Only an exhibiting company can participate. Other associations and medical organizations are not eligible for this program.




Exhibitor Housing    
                                             
On May 14, we mailed a letter to all exhibitors detailing the housing process.  RSNA Exhibitor Housing is based on a formula.  Exhibitors may only request 3 rooms per one hundred square feet of purchased exhibit space (excluding headquarters space).  Companies requiring less than 25 rooms on peak night qualify for individual Exhibitor Housing and will be able to reserve their rooms online beginning June 4.  Companies with a minimum of 900 sq. ft. of purchased exhibit space and require more than 25 rooms on peak night will need to download the Block Housing Form starting  May 28 and return the completed form by June 4 to earn maximum points.
